  • Our Mission at Second Chance is to provide clean and sober housing with an opportunity to continue education through self-help classes and seminars. We believe that every person should have the opportunity to change and deserves respect and compassion no matter their past. We believe that through awareness and personal belief in ones self, we can promote and directly affect the recidivism rate of offenders by assisting those who choose to address their addiction and criminal thinking errors by providing a positive and constructive living environment.

Coastal Community Action Program changes people's lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other. Areas of assistance include - housing and energy services, home care services, health and nutrition, employment support & volunteer services, transportation, community services, and coastal energy project.
