Vancouver Housing Authority
- Vancouver Housing Authority offers several programs and resources to help low-income families, elderly, and disabled in Clark County find housing that they can afford. Getting started can be a challenge, but we are here to help you find the resources you need. You may qualify for one or more housing assistance programs. It is best to begin with the program that best describes your situation. For example, veterans should get in touch with the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program, and people with chronic illness should learn more about our Special Needs housing program. Section 8 and Subsidized Housing programs are available for qualified applicants in our area. Other housing is available for low-income families and individuals even if you do not qualify for Section 8 vouchers or our subsidized housing programs. You may be able to find affordable housing in Clark County that you qualify for based on your income or situation.

Clark County Crisis Services
- The Clark County Crisis Services program office is staffed by a team of mental health professionals and certified peer counselors who are trained in crisis intervention. We will listen to you and provide an assessment of your current situation. A plan will be developed with you to meet your immediate behavioral health needs. If needed, we can provide follow-up care to monitor your progress and provide additional help. [19]

- Sea Mar Community Health Centers, founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington state. Sea Mar proudly serves all persons without regard to race, ethnicity, immigration status, gender, or sexual orientation, and regardless of ability to pay for services. Sea Mar's network of services includes more than 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services.

- The Free Clinic was founded in 1990 to address the health care needs of uninsured and under-served residents of Southwest Washington–needs that still strain our community today.

Council for the Homeless
- The Council for the Homeless is dedicated to helping everyone in Clark County have the opportunity for safe and affordable housing. Our mission is to lead the community’s efforts to prevent and end homelessness. Programs include Community Voice Mail, Landlord Outreach, Housing Solutions Center, Winter Hospitality Overflow, and Homeless Managment Information System.

REACH Community Development [45]
- REACH’s mission is to create quality, affordable housing and opportunities for individuals, families and communities to thrive. REACH develops buildings that provide Oregon and Washington families with safe, attractive, affordable homes, enabling residents to invest in their future. To date, we have developed and acquired 2,073 units of housing that are affordable, attractive, and built to last. In 1982, REACH began revitalization efforts in the neighborhoods of inner southeast Portland by buying and renovating single family homes. Our portfolio now includes new and renovated plexes, apartment buildings and mixed-use developments located across the City of Portland and Clark County Washington.

Second Step Housing
- Second Step Housing began in 1995 because a group of concerned community members saw a need for safe, affordable housing for homeless women and children; short-term shelters did not give women enough time to adequately address problems and overcome barriers. A longer, more stable living situation was needed. With help from the County, a two-year transitional housing program under the name of YW Housing was started with one house serving three women. Today, Second Step Housing serves more than 225 individuals and families annually and has developed and manages 10 transitional housing properties and 42 units of affordable housing. We provide safe, affordable housing, case management and educational opportunities to adults, children and families who are working towards self-sufficiency. The agency partners with other nonprofits, local businesses, community members, and clients to help meet the housing needs of the community.

Community Services Northwest
- Our Mental Health Team consists of therapists who work together with clients to build awareness in the areas that each client would like to focus, teaching and learning new skills and ways of managing symptoms. Case Managers who help clients to learn and access community resources, including assistance with accessing benefits, care-giving, budgeting, housing and transportation. Peer Support specialists provide opportunities to collaborate and share feelings and experiences with someone who has been there.
