<p>Yes. Article VII, Section 1 of the <a href="http://leg.wa.gov/LawsAndAgencyRules/Pages/constitution.aspx" target="_blank" class="externallink">Washington State Constitution</a> requires that regular tax levies be uniform throughout the taxing district.</p>
