Fresh Start began as an outreach program within the jail and prison system as an intensive, reflective faith based program in self-evaluation and re-directional life planning and has grown from there. Today Fresh Start provides a continuum of housing and support services to strengthen sustained recovery and self-sufficiency of our residents.Our key goal:To sustain a continuum of services long enough for our residents to regain and maintain stability.
