- Funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program was founded upon the principle that every Veteran has a right to housing. By providing support at a community level we can end homelessness among the Veteran population. Through outreach, case-management services, assistance in obtaining benefits and emergency financial resources, the SSVF Program seeks to prevent Veterans and their families from becoming homeless and seeks rapid rehousing for those who have lost their homes. Veteran Services serves singles, traditional family units, and non-traditional family units. Whatever the veteran deems as their household, is who we will serve.
